In 1966, Lionel and Madeleine (Mady) started a family tradition centered around maple syrup.
Using their own syrup, Mady developed a talent for processing it, and her maple butter quickly gained popularity in the village. People went so far as to say it was "the best maple butter in town"!
Over time, her expertise was passed down to her son André and his wife Marielle, and then to the next generation. Today, three generations later, the story of Virgin Mady continues to unfold, remaining true to a principle dear to its founder: quality over quantity.
